I have the pleasure of working with Gladys and her homes. I am a Senior Referral and Placement Specialist with Regal Transitions and have placed in her homes. I work with families, guiding them through the complex process of finding a loving and caring home for them. Gladys is an RN which I appreciate her background, we have like minds. She has the extra knowledge of the medical side of people that is needed in order to provide the appropriate level of care that is needed. Her ability to identify a change in condition and train her staff to view from her mindset is comforting to families.
The minute you walk into her home you get that comfort feeling that a home should give you. It is nice to find these gem of homes to help families and their loved one. Give them the peace of mind that their loved one will be cared for and be safe in their home.
